Lead Project Engineer --- Beaver, PA

Description:Eaton Corporation located in Beaver, PA has an opening for Lead Project Engineer. Position includes coordinating and managing engineering projects and programs for the Product Engineering Team. Position is required to support Navy product testing and the qualification process, including coordinating test samples, scheduling tests, working with the Lab Manager, and preparing and submitting test reports to customers as required. Position includes working closely with the product engineer to analyze test results, perform troubleshooting, and identify areas for product improvements and enhancements. Engineer must be capable of utilizing computer analysis tools, project managements tools, and statistical analysis tools. Some product design responsibility will also be included in response to quality, cost, or performance enhancement projects.Position will also include responsibility for coordinating and driving cost savings projects and may include leading teams to identify cost improvement opportunities. Bachelors degree required (BSME or BSEE), Masters preferred. Six Sigma & Greenbelt Training preferred. Electro-mechanical experience required.
