POSITION DESCRIPTION

Designs and develops product concepts, and mechanical subsystems for Color Kinetics. Executes and manages product design from concept to production including design, prototyping, debug, validation, testing and certification. Responsible for performing the tasks directly or working with others to drive projects forward. Applies appropriate principles, theories and concepts to produce robust designs.

EXPERIENCE2-5 years experience Can work autonomously on projects Meaningful prior experience in product development Experienced with development tools

REQUIREMENTS B.S. minimum Excellent oral and written communication skills Experience in a team-based product development environment Ability to work independently and multi-task in a dynamic, fast-moving setting
