MARKETING COORDINATOR II - Arlington, VAAECOM Consult seeks a marketing professional to coordinate the development of proposals and presentations in its Arlington, VA office. The successful candidate will have 3 - 5 years experience in proposal development involving A/E proposals for local, state, and Federal clients. A Bachelors Degree is required.
Job responsibilities include working with senior management and technical staff to strategize responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for qualifications (RFQs) and prepare high-quality proposals and presentations. The position requires the ability to meet deadlines, organize and coordinate all elements of complex technical documents, and ensure appropriate progress throughout pursuit.
Typical responsibilities will include:
§ Preparation of proposal materials, including gathering, assembling, verifying, and formatting proposal information
§ Coordination of proposals/presentation preparation including scheduling project milestones and reviews, conducting reviews and working with proposal capture managers to ensure quality material is submitted and delivered on schedule
§ Tracking, collating, updating and maintaining the inventory of marketing materials§ Coordinating the design and production of materials for proposals and presentations with graphics staff
Candidates must be proficient in document production using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with InDesign and graphic design skills are a plus. Candidates should be able to communicate effectively in writing and orally and understand proposal requirements. Strong coordination / administration skills to support multiple practice areas, very good grammar, strong editing and proofing skills are essential. This position will require an individual who is willing to perform a variety of tasks and is a team player.Relocation is not available. A world of opportunity
