MARKETING MANAGER - A&E FIRM

The Marketing Manager reports to and supports the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. This position is responsible for the day-to-day marketing activities that support our multi-discipline Engineering and Architectural efforts. We need a highly competent individual with good marketing theory and practice. Ability to professionally work with TKDA's internal and external clients. Our fast-paced, multiple deadline environment requires a dedicated and energetic individual who extends a positive client focus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing the day-to-day request for proposals, marketing materials, public relations pieces and advertising. Reinforcing consistent and professional corporate identity throughout all materials.
Supervising the marketing coordinator and graphic designer.
Assisting in the creation of marketing budgets and reports to corporate leadership.
Managing proposals and presentation preparation and scheduling.
Writing and/or editing proposal sections.

REQUIRED:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
Five years of marketing/proposal experience within an E&A market.
Proficient in In-Design, Photoshop, Microsoft Office (CRM experience a plus).
Excellent oral communication and writing skills. Strong project management and supervisory skills.
