Machine Builder

Seeking to recruit a machine builder first class. All candidates must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience in the custom machinery build field.

 

At inControl, our expertise spans the entire life-cycle of an automation project, from process development and consulting to design and fabrication, to installation and start-up training.

 

All candidates must demonstrate the minimum abilities below.

-Analyze assembly drawings and specifications manual, and plan machine   building operations.      

- Reports on progress to senior management.

- Ensure timely delivery of commercial and “in house” parts to suit build schedule.

 -Verify conformance of parts to stock list and drawings, using measuring instruments.

-Verify alignment and tolerances of moving parts, using measuring instruments.

 -Verify functioning, machine capabilities, and conformance to customer's specifications. 

-Engage with our clients in a professional business like manner. 

-Be able to travel off-site for installations, service and breakdowns. 

-Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues. 

-Install wiring and electrical components to specifications.  

-Work as member of team during the fabrication and installation process. 

-Understand PLC programming and be able to edit.
