Maintenance Manager

Decatur Cold Storage, located in Decatur, Ala, is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Maintenance Manager.

 

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Supervise staff of two employees, manage and assist with maintaining an ammonia refrigeration system, repair and maintenance of Material Handling Equipment and other equipment used in refrigerated warehousing. Maintenance of building and grounds

 

The qualified candidate must meet the following requirements:Must have at least 3 years experience.Must be computer literate with skills in Microsoft Word and Excel. Must have experience in Commercial Refrigeration preferably – Ammonia. Must have strong Electrical / Mechanical Skills. Must be CFC Universal Certified.  Must have Strong Personnel Management Skills. Must have Good Organization & Planning Skills. Must have Good Communication Skills. Must be a Self Starter and Strong Work Ethic. Must have High Degree of Quality Consciousness. Multitasking Must be Drug Free. Must have Flexible Work Schedule.
