Eastman Kodak is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our GRAPHIC COMMUNICATIONS GROUP Division in Dayton, OH. Position Description: T his position leads all maintenance support activities for the manufacturing area which includes complex systems such as a robotic feed stepper, plasma descum systems, SSEC scrubbers, PC board developers, laminators, autoclave, and custom designed flush systems. Position plans, coordinates, and supervises the work of employees who repair and maintain complex manufacturing machines and test equipment. Prepares work schedules, assigns work, and oversees the work product. Responsible for all production maintenance people activities, maintenance and reliability of equipment as well as team service performance and responsiveness. Troubleshoots and makes repairs to complex manufacturing equipment. Repairs, maintains, moves, adjusts, and installs electro-mechanical production systems and fixtures. Assists higher level mechanics. Demonstrates an advanced knowledge of system repair and maintenance. Trains colleagues/operators on equipment operation and maintenance procedures. Routinely evaluates equipment performance and develops/documents necessary maintenance procedures. Collects and analyzes maintenance data in order to update and maintains equipment logs. QUALIFICATIONS: Prioritized Requirements: College degree in technical area and 5 years of field experience performing complex maintenance activities. Demonstrated ability to plan and coordinate maintenance activities in order to generate objective production yield improve production machine performance. Excellent troubleshooting and repairing skills for a wide range of mechanical and electrical/electronic equipment, including basic analog, digital, microprocessor, digitizing vision, and robotics systems. Strong planning, team building, and communication skills.
