You will accomplish this by following the service standards that are part of our culture of MAGICJob Summary:Complete work assignments for electrical HVAC, plumbing, painting, appliances and general repairs.  Provide guests, owners and employees with properly maintained, safe living environment at all working facilities.  Communicate in a friendly, courteous manner, being cheerful and pleasant.  Ability to Multi-Task.  Integrity is a must. Knowledge of fire alarm and sprinkler systems, water storage, hot water Tanks, swimming pool/spa systems upkeep Ability to work with others within a team setting Good communication skills Ability to deal with guests/owners, staff members and management.  EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE  1 — 2 years of recent building maintenance experience preferred High School Graduate or Equivalent Valid Drivers License Reliable Transportation PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS  Lift/Carry 50lbs or more Frequent lifting, bending, kneeling, stooping. Extensive walking, climbing, standing, reaching and crawling Manual dexterity and mobility
