Manager, Analog Design TX 3379

Will manage all aspects of developing sub-micron CMOS analog sub-systems for complete chip solutions in the communications market.  CMOS analog circuit design including high speed circuit design, PLL, A/d, D/A, SERDES and high level system modeling (C++, Metlab, Verilog).  Excellent written and oral communications skills.  Minimum 5 years of management experience.  Detailed understanding of Ethernet and TCP/IP is strongly desired.  Basic understanding of transmission lines, signal integrity, magnetics, high-speed interfaces, EMI/EMC and real-world analog issues.  BSEE/MSEE with 12+ years of experience.
