Work as part of a compact marketing unit supporting the business development efforts of the firm. Must have a BA in journalism, English, communications, or marketing. Must have three years professional writing experience, preferably with an engineering, architectural or construction firm in business development or marketing. Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Tasks include interviewing, writing, and editing such items as resumes, project descriptions, and management and technical approach plan. Coordinator will collaborate with management and technical personnel and graphic designers to support marketing/business development activities for a variety of markets, including ports & harbors, urban waterfront, coastal & water resources, and transportation. Involves developing and implementing a submittal strategy and comprehensive submittal preparation plan. Coordinate, write, edit, and produce qualification statements, proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials.
