Job Category: Marketing/Product Relevant Work Experience: 5+ to 7 Years Contact Information Company: Brown and Caldwell JOB DESCRIPTION Marketing Coordinator III Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating Business Development (BD) support activities including: Manages proposal process and resource allocation. Facilitates planning and goal setting documentation. Contributes to opportunity tracking and BD elements of revenue forecasting. Provides client development support to Client Service Managers (CSM) and other managers, including Client Account Analysis (CAA) facilitation and CSM plans. Contributes to proposal strategy development and writing, editing, and creative presentation, particularly for non-technical proposal sections. Responsible for proposal and process standards implementation. Proposal/presentation production manager. Coordinates with other consultants and subcontractors for proposal material. Manages process and creates up-to-date resumes, project descriptions (create, QA/QC). Data management and data entry when required. Occasional coordination/participation in marketing events such as conferences. Provides client development support (scheduling, documenting of CAA; preparation of information packages, marketing materials). Assists with opportunity and proposal tracking, including screening RFPs and lead services. Maintains marketing files.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Communications, Journalism, English or Marketing preferred). Five or more years of experience in proposal development and coordination. Experience in engineering consulting, environmental or related field preferred. Exceptional computer skills in basic Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Knowledge and proficiency in desktop publishing, computer graphics and reproduction Positive, can-do attitude; flexible and self-motivated; able to work with minimum supervision and also as a team member. Creative, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks with different priorities Ability to perform well within high-pressure, tight-deadline situations. Quality-oriented, with attention to detail; ability to identify and implement continuous improvements that contribute to a more efficient and effective marketing program Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with emphasis on superior persuasive writing and interviewing abilities.
