QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or equivalentExperience: 10+ years in professional A/E services marketing related experienceArchitectural / Engineering experience a MUST only candidates with A/E experience will be considered for this position.TOOLS + SKILLS:Participates in SMPS, AIA and other professional organizations when possible.Excellent writing and communication skills.Computer skills: InDesign, QuarkXpress, PhotoShop, Microsoft Office. CorelDraw. Ilustrator and Deltek Vision.

 

ResponsibilitiesLeadsand supports the operations and staff of firm’s marketing divisionincluding the regional offices, creative department and print shop. Assists President as needed in firm-wide activities and initiatives.Assists President as needed with annual business plan and sales goals.Support Project Managers in systematically communicating and providing marketing information.Maintains experience sheets and resumes in the most current form.Monitors regional marketing activities through status reports submitted by regional marketing.Directs regional offices on corporate procedures.Responsible for outside networking to develop new business leads.Offers strategic advice and support to the executive leadership based on lead research, as required.Develops strategic plans to promote the corporate identity andbranding of the firm through public relations, direct mail andpromotional activities. Manages the release of new hire releases to the local media.Provides input for internal communications.Expedites promotional pieces with graphic designers, including manner, volume and timing.Supervises and reviews the company’s submissions for designcompetitions; coordinates PM technical info and direction with thewriter; oversees production of award submissions and general marketingmaterials.
