As a Marketing Secretary you will: Be the first point of contact for our clients-whether over the phone or in person- providing them Extreme Service Manage a multi-line phone system Complete data entry Type correspondance Distribute incoming documents-mail, Fed Ex deliveries, and faxesIdeal candidates will possess: 3  years clerical experience in a professional office environment  with Advanced level experience in the MS office suite package to include: MS Word-mail merges & RFI creation Excel-including pivot tables, graphing & formulas,PowerPoint- presentation editingOutlook-scheduling and task management  Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite 3 products a plus Excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to interact with various levels of employees.
