Responsibilities/ Description:  Department manager to lead civil engineering and design group and assist in growing Baker's Anchorage office. 

 

 

Required:4 year degree in Civil Engineering10-20 years experience (this position could be a Technical Manager II, III, or IV) in civil and/or transportation planning and engineering and/or water resources planning and engineeringAlaska Professional Engineers license or the ability to obtain within six monthsStrong written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to lead an engineering group including staff development, marketing, contract management, department budgeting, and technical/professional society involvement
