Candidates for the Senior Mechanical Engineering position must have a BSME degree from an accredited university with 10+ years of mechanical/piping design experience in the industrial consulting engineering environment.Professional registration is desirable but not required.  Recent and most experience with industrial consulting engineering firm preferred.  Primary experience should be in natural gas compression and interconnects.  Secondary experience in specialty chemicals, pulp & paper, and power petrochemicals.  This is a lead/supervisory growth position.

 

Candidates for Structural Engineer must have a BS Degree from an accredited university and a minimum of 7 years of structural design experience.  Professional registration is required.  Experience with structural steel (ASCI), reinforced concrete (ACI), concrete masonry and foundation systems are required.  Experience with STAADPro or similar finite element analysis software is required.  The candidate should be familiar with International Building Code & OSHA.  Seismic design experience is desirable.  Experience working in an industrial consulting engineering firm is required.


This is a great opportunity that will allow hands on experience with multiple projects, design team interaction, client interface and site investigation. The successful candidates will be responsible for P&ID development, plant layout; equipment selection, specification, and bid evaluation.  Also piping drawing production, supervision and mentoring junior engineers. This individual will also assist the Department Manager with the development of engineering estimates, engineering schedules, project priorities and assist with quality improvement processes.
