Municipal Engineer / Project Manager

RETTEW has an immediate need for a Municipal Engineer / Project Manager to work in our Schuylkill Haven, PA office.  This individual is responsible for providing direct supervision to the design team members including project engineers and designers. This person will provide the team with leadership as well as directing their work in municipal engineering design projects including:   Design/construction of roadways & pavements, storm sewer systems, potable water systems, sanitary sewer systems, site engineering, E&S control plans and preparation of construction specifications and project bidding projects,Reviewing residential & commercial development plans for compliance with zoning, stormwater management and public improvement regulations,Client representation including municipal evening meeting attendance Qualified applicants will possess a bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering or equivalent and a Professional Engineer (PE) license. In addition, applicants must have at least five (5) years of experience in civil engineering land development or municipal engineering, with an emphasis on stormwater management design, reviewing subdivision plans and client representation.  Experience with water/wastewater treatment plant design is desired but not required. Project management experience required and staff management experience is strongly preferred.  Applicants must submit their resume online at www.rettew.com/careers.   RETTEW offers an exceptional salary and benefit package that includes Medical, Dental and Vision insurance beginning on your 1st day of employment, 401(k) w/ company match, lucrative bonus programs, flex schedules and the opportunity to work on meaningful projects that enhance the quality of life in your community.
