Municipal Water / Wastewater Engineer

We currently have an opening in our Hunt Valley, MD office for an experienced Municipal Water and/or Wastewater Design Engineer to support technical design with local projects. This position will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Perform analysis of municipal water system and formulate recommendations Provide technical design for municipal water treatment systems Pump station design and upgrade Keeping abreast of the latest developments in the field of water treatment Assist municipal wastewater clients with regulatory services such as consent orders, enforcement mitigation, watershed management planning, and discharge permitting Process optimization services for municipal wastewater clients using hydraulic studies and process modeling

Skills & QualificationsB.S. / M.S. Civil or Environmental (or appropriate engineering degree) Relevant work experience Knowledge of Safe Drinking Water Act regulations and other regulatory issues AutoCAD, WaterCAD or other relevant software experience EIT /P.E. licensure a plus
