Navy Business Development Leader

Director, Navy BD Reports to SBU VP. Full time BD. Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and capture opportunities at NAVSEA and its Warfare Centers, NAVAIR and its Warfare Centers and SPAWAR and its Systems Centers. Lead major proposals and support/monitor/review smaller, Task Order proposals. Ideal candidate is a Navy Officer or Navy government civilian with experience in one or more of the target markets; a graduate degree and some industry experience in Business Development. Candidate would be expected to operate out of the Washington, DC area.Undergraduate/Graduate Degree preferred in Science, Math or Engineering Top Secret Clearance Job Description : Retired (or retiring) Senior Level Navy Officer / Government Civilian with primary/current experience in Navy activities in the areas of Aquisition Programs, Modernization and Logistics, and/or Readiness and Sustainment. Alternatively Defense Contractor with 15+ years of proven performance in supporting and/or developing business with the Navy. : :
