ARMS Reliability Engineers are the licensed distributors for the Isograph RAMS tools suite, Availability Workbench, and offer the Apollo Problem Solving Methodology for Root Cause Analysis.  ARMS has branch offices in numerous locations in Australasia.  It has recently expanded into the North American and European markets with offices in Austin, Pittsburgh, and Lithuania.

 

We have an exciting ground floor opportunity for a North American Business/Marketing Manager.  The individual would create an autonomous management team with two existing Operations Managers charged with growing the North American (and potentially South American) business. 

 

The individual would be responsible for direct sales of training, software, and services as well as customer account management along with the Operations Managers.  Its primary function will be to grow the client base and maintain strong customer relations to generate repeat business.  The position will also be involved in the identification and acquiring of engineering and business talent as the business grows.

 

We are seeking candidates with at least seven years experience in technical services sales and customer service, a BS degree in an Engineering discipline is preferred. A background supporting the power, mining, petrochemical, metals refining or water treatment industries would be a plus.  A background directly in or supporting asset management or project management would be beneficial.   

 

Compensation includes a base salary plus a risk based incentive program.  There is no geographical restriction on where the individual would be based in the United States.
