Explore the opportunity of world-changing work available to you below.CH2M HILL is looking for a dynamic person to join the firm as a Jr. Financial Analyst in our Englewood, CO offices.This position will be responsible for various financial and budget analyzes in the areas of profit planning, financial data trends, budgets/forecasts and various growth initiatives.Key Duties:• Review and analyze financial results versus projections and budgets.• Analyze specific areas and present findings including recommendations for improvement.• Assist in developing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.• Provide monthly reports for financial and operational leaders that include breakdown of monthly indicators, costs, overhead and labor.• Reviews and interprets financial data received from financial and operational leaders.• Maintain documented records supporting financial budgets, forecasts, analysis and reports used in operations.QualificationsQualified candidates will have a BA/BS in finance or accounting. 5 years directly related experience in financial budget development and analytical experience. In addition to the basic qualification, preferred candidates will have:" BA/BS in Finance or Accounting." Two to four years related experience in financial budget development and analytical experience." Experience with Oracle." Experience with Excel and Access." Work closely with leaders to ensure the most accurate financial representation of projects." Ability to work independently and resolve practical problems." Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
