If you feel that you are the right fit please forward your resume!    MS Excel (Beginner) MS PowerPoint (Beginner) MS Word (Beginner) Requirements: *High School Diploma/GED*Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills*Five years related experience, preferably in a professional services firm*Two years supervisory experience*Advanced knowledge of mail and courier services and office equipment (i.e. copies, fax, etc.)*Great customer service skills and team attitude; strong verbal and written communication skills*Trouble shooting and problem solving skills*Ability to meet deadlines, organize and prioritize multiple tasks*Ability to work independently and flexibly to complete projects*Valid driver's license and insurable driving record*Available to work overtime as required Responsibilities: *Provide direct supervision and workflow direction to Reprographics Assistant, Mail Clerk and *Office Services Assistants*Responsible for performance management including workload, staffing and addressing complaints and problems within the department*Responsible for recruiting, training, and staff development of Office Services staff, including performance reviews*Work closely with Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Assistant and Facilities Administrator on mutual issues*Work closely with Graphics Manager on maintenance and supplies for Graphics equipment*Work closely with Facilities Supervisor to coordinate office moves, office supplies and other support needs*Coordinate maintenance and support for all decentralized copiers, faxes, scanners and related supplies*Coordinate acquisition of equipment supplies for Oakland office as required*Manage postal services, couriers, shipping and receiving*Responsible for maintaining and reserving loaner equipment such as Oakland office vehicles, pagers, cell phones, portable copiers, etc.*Responsible for management of conference room set up and catering needs for the office including reservation and maintenance of projection and video equipment and computer laptops*Coordinate maintenance and support for all kitchens, lunchrooms, conference rooms, storage areas and general meeting areas About Ultimate Staffing Want to work with people who care about your personal and professional growth?
