The Division of Enterprise Technology, Department of Administration is currently recruiting to fill an Operations Engineer position.  This position is responsible for providing automation as it relates to Enterprise Monitoring (HP Openview) and the Changeman application.  Enterprise Monitoring provides 24x7x365 monitoring of the state’s computing environment of servers, applications, network and other network attached devices.  This position will assist with the planning, coordination, management, reporting and automation of business requirements associated into alerts, alert notification and statistical reports.  Support of the Changeman application includes providing customer support to agency staff, planning, coordinating with them as it relates to system upgrades and maintenance and problem resolution of application code stages.  This position performs automation analysis, development, deployment and support of the Enterprise Monitoring system and Changeman application.  Starting pay will be up to $62,000 per year or possibly higher, depending on candidate qualifications and agency needs, plus excellent benefits.  This position may participate in a standby rotation with other team members.
