Location:Foxboro, MA

Basic Function:

Under moderate supervision, is responsible for the financial interface and accounting data for the assigned operation. Enforces and ensures compliance with authorized accounting and financial control systems and procedures.

Scope of Position:

Provides required service and support to assigned operation. Frequently interfaces with operations management and personnel.

Specific Responsibilities:

1. Participates with Management in evaluating and/or recommending policy and direction for operations.

2. Performs a variety of financial line functions, e.g., purchase order coding,, monthly journal entries, reconciliation of accounts.

3. Generates shipment reports showing product line, region, TP, discount, cost, etc. based upon SAP plant output reports. Perform associated analysis.

4. Participates in and/or completes a wide variety of projects and/or special studies.

5. Prepares operations annual budgets, monthly forecasts, monthly operating reports - each with respective analysis and recommendations for improved operations performance.

6. Inputs actual and planning data into Corporate Consolidation system (HFM) and interfaces with IPS HQ.

7. Prepares and/or audits detailed capital budgets and capital budget justifications, before and after completion of appropriations.

8. Audits and assists with physical and perpetual inventories, i.e., product inventories and fixed assets associated with the facility.

9. Develops, maintains and monitors cost data for products, projects and special studies.
