Job Description:

This position is responsible for implementation services on the full range of PTC PLM and PDM products (PDMLink, ProjectLink, and Intralink). Implementation services span the range from basic installations and training for 2-3 users to complete implementations focusing on business process improvement and integration with ERP/MRP systems for 50+ users. Project length span from several days to several months.  The majority of our customers are located in the Greater Boston area and our territory spans New England.

 

We are looking for an experienced Windchill implementer / administrator that is capable of handling all levels of implementations, integrations, and customizations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with some or all of the following: administration of Windchill, migrations from Intralink 3.X, integrating to other MRP / ERP systems, customizing workflows, and / or customizing the user interface. Demonstrated capability with web programming languages, SQL, and change management (CMII) is a plus but not required.  Industry experience in the following fields is a plus but not required: high technology, semi-conductor, medical devices, and consumer products.

 

We are seeking an energetic and professional individual that can analyze business processes, tailor best practices solutions, and efficiently implement web based information management systems for enterprise productivity improvement. This person will need to leverage their IT knowledge with an eye towards business process improvement to create lasting value for our customers as they implement and adopt new technologies.

Job Responsibilities:

·  Participate in all phases of implementing PTC's PLM and PDM products

·  Analyze customer requirements and develop solutions using PTC products

 

Job Qualifications:

·  Degree in an Engineering or Computer Systems discipline

·  4+ years industry experience per the job description above

·  Professional appearance and demeanor
