PROCESS ENGINEER - BLOW MOLDING

Our client is a leading blow molding packaging firm who is seeking a "Process Engineer" in it's Louisiana facility. This plant utilizes advanced technology for manufacturing within consumer packaging. This very stable, rapidly growing manufacturer is one of the leaders in the industry! What we are seeking:

Technical leader for the development and implementation of blow molding processes. Support Engineering during new program launches. Introduces blow molding process training systems to the manufacturing facility. Develops the mold tooling standards for the design and build of all tools and molds. Troubleshooting blow molding issues and develops systems to improve current processes. Trains Operators on new tooling, equipment, and processes. Takes an active role in process improvement and scrap control.



Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field

preferred.

2. 5+ years of blow mold process engineering is required. Experience

in injection, extrusion, labeling systems and downstream equipment is preferred.

3. Team player able to positively interact with all levels of the

organization.

4. Strong computer aptitude with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel,

Word and other software as required.

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to work

within a team environment.
