TCB, a Texas-based engineering firm with major practice areas in natural resources planning, transportation planning and design, public works, infrastructure, and land design is currently seeking talented individuals. Established in 1946, TCB employs 1000 staff members and maintains offices throughout Texas, Colorado, California and Nevada. TCB is part of the AECOM family of companies providing engineering, architectural, and program management services in the transportation, facilities, and environmental markets. AECOM has a global reach in the combined efforts of over 30,000 employees, working in over 60 countries. AECOM was named as the No. 1 “Pure” Design firm in the United States, according to annual market rankings released this week by industry trade publication Engineering News-Record (ENR). THIS POSITION WILL BE BASED IN LIBYA.The Project Manager receives project direction from the Regional Program Manager.The Project Manager plans, schedules, conducts, and supervises/leads the most technically competent staff to accomplish project management on high revenue, high complexity design-build projects. Involves continuous client contact from the award stage to project completion. Provides overall project direction to the project team and CM/CS contractors while providing information about the status of the project to senior leadership. Responsible for maintaining configuration management on projects and capturing and maintaining all data in the project management information system. Plans and conducts work requiring significant level of judgment in the independent evaluation, selection and modification of unconventional and complex techniques, procedures and criteria. Devises new approaches to problems encountered. Accountable for the development, coordination, and execution of design-build activities. Initiates or escalates the correction of any conditions which may adversely affect the completion of the project on schedule and within budget. This job coordinates resources for the project. Expected to mentor HIB counterparts on project management.Responsibilities for Direction of OthersWill serve as team leader.EducationPossess a technical undergraduate degree from an accredited college/university.  PhD plus 5 years or MS plus 8 years or BS plus 10 years.Position TitleProgram Manager IIIRegistration StatusPE or AIA or PMP Certification
