In this multi-faceted busy position you will provide both administrative and paralegal support to the General Counsel. This role requires the ability to deal effectively at all levels of the organization as well as strict adherence to confidentiality in all matters. The successful candidate should have experience in a corporate legal department and a working knowledge of related procedures. 

Paralegal Responsibilities include: Providing assistance in the areas of
Agreements and Contracts, Intellectual Property, Board of Directors Activities,
Insider Trading Blackout System, Stock Plan and Incentive Plan Implementation,
SEC Compliance Activities, Annual Meeting, Litigation Matters,
Mergers & Acquisitions, Document Retention, Storage and Disposal Activities

Administrative Responsibilities include: Providing broad based assistance to General Counsel to include; Routine Department Correspondence and Communications,
Special Document Formatting and PowerPoint Presentations
Telephones, Meeting and Travel Arrangements, Expense Reports
Filing and Occasional Copying Projects, Ordering Department equipment/supply and
Assistance with Billing and Budget Processes
Requirements:The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, strong hands-on work ethic and the ability to flexible as needed Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Experience with Oracle is considered a plus A successful track record with 3-5 years experience in a similar position is a must College Degree or Certificate is preferred
