We are seeking the right candidate for a Part-Time General Clerk 2 (20-30 hours per week) position in our Ft. Lauderdale, FL office. Job Responsibilities for Part-Time General Clerk 2: Performs specialized office or clerical support tasks Extensive knowledge and experience in MS Word, Excel, and Access. Assists in analyzing traffic and crash data using Excel and Access.   Compiles, prints, and binds engineering reports. Maintains correspondence and data files and arranges appointments. Answers questions according to established policies. Prepares and processes forms and reports according to standard procedures, including data entry of items. Types, formats, and disseminates routine documents and materials, and creates correspondence when necessary. Sends, receives faxes and copies materials as necessary.
