Plant Managers

Woodard & Curran, a progressive O&M and engineering consulting firm, is expanding throughout Florida and we are seeking experienced Water and Wastewater professionals who are interested in career growth opportunities. Our Plant Managers are responsible for the full-time operation and general maintenance of facilities equipment and process control at water and wastewater facilities, including managing the scope, schedule and budget of the facility in accordance with contract requirements. Additional responsibilities include environmental compliance, employee safety, client relations and financial management. Successful candidates will have experience supervising staffs of operators, mechanics, lab technicians, and field service personnel. Must be able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays, as required for emergency call outs. • Five or more years of experience as a water or wastewater facilities manager • Top FL certification in water or wastewater treatment or the ability to obtain it within the first six months of employment • Experience overseeing a budget of $1M or more • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proven track record with regulators • High School graduate or equivalent, with technical/vocational school background • Applicant must possess a valid Drivers License and a good driving record and must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis Woodard & Curran is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
