Plant Superintendent

Evapco is an employee owned global (16 modern plants in 7 countries) manufacturer of  customized industrial and commercial air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.  We are primarily a sheet metal fabricator.

 

This new Plant Superintendent will be responsible for 80-110 employees, including shop floor supervisors, over a three shift operation.  The successful candidate will prepare, plan, supervise and coordinate the activities of workers engaged in plant operations; safety, quality and production. 

 

Experience as a first level manager in a manufacturing environment involving heavy machinery is required.

 

The company has had a long history of increasing sales and profitability growth.
