Qualifications:

 Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree Experience in Contact Center Technologies (required) Experience with Genesys Technologies (required) Siebel, SAP, Microsoft CRM experience highly preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills Good presentation skills Working knowledge of SIP Good time management skills Account management skills Business Process Routing knowledge a plus
