Pro/E Drafter

Our Eastside client is seeking a Mechanical Drafter with strong experience in Pro E to join their product development team.• Performs moderately complex drafting assignments from work orders• Contributes design modification to facilitate manufacturing operation or quality of product• Creates and modifies detailed drawings using CAD hardware and software from sketches, layouts or notes providedby engineering• Works with engineers regarding model accuracy, design, drafting standards and ECN/ECR documentation• Makes engineering computations, writes specifications, and makes adjustments in drawings or specifications• Verifies completed work and checks dimensions, materials to be used, and quantities• May provide design modifications for manufacturingKNOWEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED: The following list of requirements are considered the minimum levels ofknowledge, skills, or abilities necessary to perform this job successfully.• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations under stress• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills• Good verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate clearly and accurately• Ability to prioritize, plan work to accomplish goals, and schedule tasks to meet deadlines• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, and to adapt and respond positively and effectively to change, delay,and/or shifting priorities and goals• Ability to operate effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment with little supervision• Ability to work collaboratively with coworkers in a team environmentEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: The following list of requirements are considered the minimum levels of education andexperience necessary to perform this job successfully.• 2+ years technical training in advanced drafting techniques• 5+ years related experience• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
