Process Engineer (Relocation Assistance provided)

The Coolhires mission is to pair cool people with cool companies. We have a great opportunity with a large digital audio disc manufacturer seeking a Process Engineer to streamline processes for a facility that manufactures 60 million discs a month; including DVDs, Audio CDs, Super Audio CDs, and other cutting-edge technology products.



The Process Engineer: Understands, develops and improves processes Increases uptime, yield and productivityConducts experiments, analyzes data, evaluates raw materials, understands relationships and influences of machine parameters and uses analytical tools and techniques to identify defects and defect causesDesigns new equipment and machinery to support the in-house needs of both production and process engineeringSupports Packaging Processes (production lines and/or material handling)Conceptualizes, sources, evaluates, qualifies, tests, and installs purchased equipmentTroubleshoots and improves Packaging and Material Handling equipment (Electrical & Mechanical)Trains Technicians, Operators and Interns
