Process Manager (3211)

Location Carlsbad CAJob Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding and assisting programs and technical leads to establish and update plans and program documents that conform to company standards. They will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:Understand company business and technical processes and guide programs to deploy them effectively. Assist the programs on tailoring the company set of processes to the programs. Participate in developing documentation such as development plans, deliverable lists and review material. Organize program information following tailored company guidelines. Provide feedback on process effectiveness and improvements needed. Organize and make available program metrics. Assist the program from initiation through delivery with process guidance calling in company process owners as needed. Experience/Skills Required The qualified candidate will have a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 8 years experience in programs, engineering, process, or quality assurance. The candidate must be able to multi-task, analyze, plan, organize and effectively create documentation. The candidate must have good interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient at MS Office tools. Background/certifications in Project Management CMMI, Lean, Six Sigma, Quality a plus.
