Production Supervisors

(1st and 3rd Shifts available)

 

In this role, you will be responsible for directing employees performing routine and complex operations to ensure conformance to schedules and quality requirements. This will include ensuring compliance with safety procedures; maintaining knowledge of and participating in development of skill levels of all test personnel, organizing and scheduling work for the department; verifying kits and documentation; performing electronic testing, troubleshooting and calibration and verifying of compliance with documented procedures and workmanship standards.

 

Requirements include a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Engineering Management; at least three (3) years experience as a production supervisor; excellent communication, supervisory and leadership skills; ability to train employees in electronic troubleshooting; background with “production flow� and familiarity with ISO 9000 procedures.
