Position Qualifications:

 

The Program Manager will provide project and technical leadership to design engineers in the development of custom test systems. This is a customer interface management position that is pivotal to the success of our company.

The Program Manager position is responsible for detailed project planning and plan development; work task definition; cost analysis and estimating; providing technical leadership; managing the development of the of HW/SW electrical and mechanical design; managing schedule; reporting project status/budget; risk mitigation and overall financial responsibility for projects.  While managing multiple projects, the Program Managers has primary responsibility for customer satisfaction, schedule/budget adherence, and oversight for all aspects of resource planning and allocation.



Requirements:


-BSEE and/or MSEE and 9+ years of test, design or related technical design experience.

-3 + years supervisory experience

- Prefer PMP certification and DOD experience.

- Must be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.1. Experienced program manager with defense contractors and large electronic system program development2. Space/Satellite management experience3. Electronics engineering background4. Contracts management experience
