We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager Consultant.  Please see below for an extensive overview of required skills for this position.Maintain and report on MS Project work plansSkilled in increasing the proficiency and application of MS Project to various projects and programsExperienced in the creation of complex schedules and project work plans including the establishment of project schedules, Earned Value Analysis, milestones and resource allocationManage process and documents associated with weekly status reportingPerforms update to work plansProvides analysis of variances Assist Project Managers with MS Project work plan development to facilitate consistencyAnalyze complex scenarios, and develop a framework for a wide audience to understand the solution Manage multiple phases between multiple projects using project management methodologiesAssist in the refinement of PM processesCoaching and mentoring for PM's and project/program team membersCoordinate deliverable tracking and sign-off with project teams Maintain software configuration requirementsManage and facilitate processes to maintain Issues, Change Requests and Risks Maintain program distribution lists Build monthly EPMO report and facilitate review with Program Manager Applies program management standards consistent with EPMO and Project Management Institute in such a manner to encourage the success of the program and projectImplement and execute time tracking process Support budget tracking and reconciliation Tracking the financial results against the Statement of WorkIdentify and anticipate schedule changes and impact to cost/scope Additional Skills Eight to fifteen years experience in program and project managementIT program schedule development and management, Microsoft Project and MS office toolsStrong Organizational Change Management skills, including experience in developing complex schedules and project plans in support of complex IT programsCreative and visionary; identifies improvement possibilities adding both short term and long term valueStrong analytical skills and the ability to quickly to identify and resolve root cause issuesApplies project software and processes to develop proactive early warning analysis.Strong relationship skills and the ability to encourage accountability and collaboration among project team membersProven track record of consistently achieving successful projectsOutstanding communication skills, and experience across multiple industriesDemonstrates the ability to overcome barriers of language and business cultureExcellent interpersonal skillsExperience with application of MS Project and MS Office tools within specific project environmentsSignificant program and project management experience
