Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/V/D Requisition: Job Summary including Duties and Responsibilities: Manage multiple small programs and assist higher level program managers on larger and more complex projects. Responsible for identifying and pursuing opportunities with NASA, the Army, and other contractors. Prepare small proposals and assist with larger proposals. Ensure assigned programs and projects meet budgets, schedules, and technical requirements. Initiate new programs, ensuring requirements are understood.Position Requirements:BS in a technical field (engineering or sciences), 5 years minimum experience in rocket motors. Excellent communication skills.Experience working with NASA preferred. Must be a U.S. CitizenATK is on the move.
