Program Support Specialist

Successful candidate will have an Associates Degree in Business Administration or related field and at least one year of job-related experience or equivalent. Candidates must have MS Office experience including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with Sharepoint preferred. This is a temporary full time position to be re-evaluated in six months. Job Description : Candidate will be responsible for compiling inputs and assist in preparing program documentation such as plans, briefings, schedules, reports, filing,correspondence, technical instruction procedures and/or related material. Assist in the maintenance files/schedules related to the employee development program. Assist in the maintenance of general program reports, spreadsheets, and databases to support program objectives. Coordinate the preparation for training sites, inclulding but not limited to, traveling between buildings. Currently this position will be a temporary full-time for the first six months, then re-evaluated.**US Citizenship Required**Must be able to secure and maintain a security clearance if required. : : EOE M/F/D/V
