Put your leadership skills and programmable logic engineering experience to use supporting the development of our next generation of communications security products and systems. We are looking for strong performers in the programmable logic discipline to complete complex Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) developments for cutting edge designs.Experience/Skills Required Candidate must be able to design, test, and integrate complex, high speed FPGAs. Candidate must possess an understanding of system level communications and networking requirements and translate these requirements into a hardware architecture. Candidate will be fully responsible for documenting design details and conducting design reviews prior to implementation.  Approved designs will be implemented using VHDL or Verilog. Candidate will verify the design by generating all necessary test benches and/or test vectors and simulating with ModelSim.  The Candidate will also target the design to a Xilinx device using synthesis and place and route tools. Close interaction with the hardware and software engineers during test and integration is required.  Strong lab test and debug skills required.Knowledge of pipelining techniques to achieve extremely high throughput a plus.Experience with network protocol processing a plus.Education Requirements BA/BSTravel Required Up to 10 percentUS Citizenship Required?
