Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.Successful candidates will have 5-7 years of job related experience including preparation of software requirements, design, code, and documentation. Excellent technical writing, communications and analytical skills. *** US Citizenship Required and ability to secure and maintain a security clearance*** Job Description : Seeking an experienced Programmer/Analyst knowledgeable in software documentation, software developing and programming with specific experience programming in C++ and JavaPosition will involve participation on a software development or documentation team. Must have the ability to apply software and technical expertise to software documentation such as software requirements specifications (SRS), software design description (SDD) and software security specifications (SSS). Will develop plans for detailed analysis of computer program code, documentation, and output to insure validity, consistency, and conformance to applicable standards. Comply with hardware and software systems standards and procedures. Develop, write, and submit software technical documentation. Develop, write, and submit technical reports for technical presentations and meetings.
