Project Accountant

 

Stanley Consultants, Inc., a growing international consultant in engineering and surveying, has an immediate opening for a Project Accountant in our Salt Lake City office.

 

This position is for a one-person accounting presence that will administratively report to the Western Project Accounting Section Head and will work closely with Project Managers to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 

 

Duties include but are not limited to:

 

Preparation of Client Invoices in accordance with contract terms

Project reconciliation

Problem research and resolution

Follow up on Aged Accounts Receivables

Process Accounts Payables

Enter and deposit Cash Receipts

Enter/rebudget projects

Provide services to project offices as well as main office

Attend client meetings as requested

 

Position requirements:

 

Accounting Degree or equivalent experience

5 years of related experience

Detail oriented

Organized

Strong analytical skills

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced environment

Strong Excel and Word skills

Deltek Advantage Billing experience a plus
