PROJECT ADMINISTRATORS
The successful candidates will be responsible for the processing of engineering, construction, supplier, general and communication document types using the electronic document management system (EDMS). Develop strong relationships with construction and safety teams to establish document control. Interface with project personnel at all levels within the organization, as well as clients and subcontractors regarding the issuance of documents and/or document packages.





Your qualifications will include a minimum of 3-5 years experience with EMDS (InfoWorks experience is a plus), experience working in an engineering/construction/project management environment, with proficiency and experience in document control. Must be able to act independently and take a proactive approach to tasks. Strong organizational and communication skills are required.

SUBCONTRACT MANAGER
The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of all subcontracts in the field. Responsible for the development and implementation of a Project Subcontract Management Program, implementation of Project Subcontract Administration Procedure, and training and management of subcontract administration staff. Analyze the subcontract general terms and conditions to highlight areas of risk. Manage the tracking of subcontract deliverables, change orders, and change notices. Participate in weekly progress meetings.

Your qualifications will include, at a minimum, a degree in Business, Law, Engineering, Construction Management or Cost Engineering with 20+ years of relevant experience to include the following:
• Experience in pricing, contract formation, administration and negotiation of change orders, effective correspondence, planning and scheduling.
• Thorough knowledge of subcontract administration, home office and field procedures and documents relating to a multi-discipline construction project.
• Direct experience in managing workload distribution and execution of the work.
• Working knowledge of engineering/construction practices, applicable government and commercial regulations and practices.

PROCUREMENT MANAGER
The successful candidate will be responsible for the procurement activities at the jobsite to include field purchasing, field expediting, field supplier quality services, field traffic and logistics, and field materials management. Responsible for the planning, direction and coordination of field procurement staff, the establishment of facilities and equipment necessary to provide for effective and efficient field procurement operations and preparation of procedures and instructions to establish field procurement operations.

Your qualifications will include, at a minimum, 7+ years of relevant experience to include the following:
• Field Procurement operations particularly pertaining to jobsite locations to include Purchasing, Inspection, Expediting, Traffic & Logistics, and field materials management.
• Solid understanding of Government Contracts and flow-down of applicable clauses and requirements.
• Solid understanding of Cost Accounting Standards
• Skilled in the supervision of personnel and personnel administration
• Strong communication and team building skills
