We are able to assist our clients with simple, straightforward local permitting processes, and we have the depth of resources, experience, and knowledge to develop and manage complex state siting processes or assessments under NEPA.

Tetra Tech EC is currently looking for energetic Project Controls candidates that are willing to travel and have a desire to develop their project controls skills in a fast paced construction environment. Project Controls Engineers (PCEs) with more than 2 years experience are needed to support cost and schedule services for our Wind Energy program. The PCE will be responsible for the support of the creation and maintenance of the project work schedules and must be familiar with Primavera or Microsoft Project scheduling software. The PCE will also support the construction team with establishing budgets, monitoring cost and developing cost forecasts. PCE candidates that can demonstrate the ability to identify trends and variances using proven quantity tracking techniques and strong analytical skills will be given strong consideration. Good communication and writing skills are a must as the successful candidate will be required to interface with subcontractors and construction management personnel. The successful candidates must be thoroughly knowledgeable with Microsoft Excel. Strong experience developing databases in Microsoft Access is a desirable skill. Wind Energy projects can be in remote locations, so a willingness to travel is desired. Relocation is not necessarily a requirement. Tetra Tech is the company of choice for only the chosen few. A bachelor’s degree in an engineering, environmental, earth sciences, or construction management field will be given strong consideration.
