Project Engineer (Hydraulics)

Our greater Milwaukee area client has a Project Engineering position available. This position is available due to continued growth and is an immediate need.

Education:
BSME or related four-year degree

Experience:
Prefer 5-plus years in industrial or mobile mechanical and hydraulic systems design
Experience designing custom mechanical & hydraulic circuits preferred. Must have strong hydraulic design background.
Skills should include 3-D CAD (AutoCAD, AutoDesk Inventor, GD&T)

Duties:
Team process used to design open and closed loop power systems for mobile and industrial product systems
Design custom mechanical/hydraulic systems
Apply mechanical and hydraulic systems knowledge to cost, quality, capability and reliability
Apply design/engineering analysis and calculations to insure manufacturing process is supported
Engineering analysis in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic areas to insure custom product performance
Troubleshoot customer issues
Project management as needed
