This position will contribute to projects for oil and gas refineries.Key Duties:• Manage all aspects of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management project delivery to ensure profitable execution of capital projects.• Act as primary CH2M HILL contact and representative to clients during all phases of project planning and execution.• Lead multi-discipline teams (2 – 30 individuals) in the execution of varied capital engineering, procurement, and construction projects for petroleum refining and process industry clients.• Lead the execution planning effort, including development of budgets, schedules, technical design bases, contracts, detailed design packages, and construction for major capital projects.• Originate and deliver reports and documentation with clients, stakeholders, management, and team members.• Perform technical Quality Assurance (QA) reviews of design and project deliverables.• Support development of proposals and marketing activitiesQualifications• B.S. in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Electrical) or related equivalent technical training or experience• 2+ years demonstrated successful execution of capital projects• 4 years experience working in petroleum refining or related process industries• Demonstrated experience managing capital projects > $1 million total installed cost (TIC)• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.• Excellent technical and critical thinking skillsBenefits: Medical and Dental Plans Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance Short Term and Long Term Disability Income 401(k) Plan with company match Employee Ownership Paid Time Off Program Flexible Work Scheduling Business Casual Dress Learning and Development Opportunities Tuition ReimbursementEmployee Assistance Program Voluntary Auto and Homeowners InsuranceCompany Profile:Employee-owned CH2M HILL is a global leader in engineering, procurement, construction and operations for public and private clients.
