Responsibilities:
Successfully manage and mentor a staff of EIT’s and designers to deliver a variety of transportation projects for surrounding cities, counties and other municipal agencies. Specific responsibilities include identifying and assigning work in order to complete key project tasks, serve as the office technical expert, maintain client relations and train and mentor staff. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining project budgets/schedules, CAD Design, and proposal creation for future projects.
Qualifications:
· Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
· Registered EIT
· At least 4 years of transportation design experience
· Knowledge/Experience with CalTrans policy/procedure
· AutoCAD & Microstation experience preferred
· Excellent leadership and communication skills
