Job Description Project Engineers/ Managers Burns & McDonnell, a premier provider of engineering consulting services since 1898, is seeking Project Engineers and Project Managers for telecommunications projects.  These positions are responsible for detailed engineering, estimating, preparing proposals, managing projects, and interacting with clients. Candidates must have a BS degree in electrical engineering or related field and a minimum 4 years experience in telecommunications system design and application engineering.  Excellent communication skills and experience in electric utility application of telecommunications, including SCADA, substation automation, and protective relaying; PE license is preferred.   As a 100% employee owned firm, we offer stock ownership, incentive bonus programs and matching 401(k) plans.
