We currently have an opening for a Project Manager to join our Land Development Division in Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities:  · Coordinate the engineering design for residential and commercial land development projects, including storm water management, grading, utility design, pavement design, earthwork analysis, quality takeoffs and vehicular circulation· Handle client management including business development and marketing· Oversee project financial management including contract/proposal preparation, billing/invoicing and profit/loss· Work with and mentor design engineers and technical staff· Manage quality control and quality assurance of project team

 

Qualifications: · Must be a degreed civil engineer, P.E. Required· 5 + years of residential or commercial design experience
