This position will be key in meeting client deliverables for projects in pipeline energy management.Key Duties:· Responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing cost saving measures that provide significant reductions in operating costs for our pipeline clients. · Responsible for project management activities related to budget, scheduling, and manpower forecasting.Qualifications• Bachelors degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering• 5+ years experience in the pipeline industry with focus on power cost optimization of liquid pipelines.• A fundamental understanding of power contracts and rate schedules, the use of drag reducing agents, pipeline hydraulic modeling, and demand-side management techniques to reduce overall system costs is a requirement.• Experience should include the design and operations of liquid pipeline systems and associated facilities.• Minimum of 2 years project manage experience is also required.
